Has anyone experienced intermittent problems with Wireless and Wired Guest Access? The symptoms I'm seeing are the clients not being redirected to the login page and/or no IP address on the client but the client says connected ok after a repair of the connection. The only way I can get it to work again is to reboot the Anchor and Local controllers.
I'm running WCS 22.214.171.124 and WLC 126.96.36.199.
Is there anyway to fine tune the config to make it more reliable?
I had the same problem; it turns out, that one controller was configured correctly and one was not. Depending on which Ap you were on and which controller it was connected to, it may or may not work, a reboot made it look like it fixed the problem because all of the AP's would switch to the controller that was configured corectly. You need to make sure that you have the controlers anchor paths up
