How CiscoSecure ACS derive key for LEAP?

Hi,

What the element the CiscoSecure ACS is based to derive session key for LEAP? Is it the reason that standard Radius server cannot be used with LEAP since it does not the mechanism to derive the session key for LEAP?

RC4 cipher is built-in in Cisco ACS, MS RADIUS, FUNK, and more to come. However, RC4 is not part of the existing RADIUS standard, yet.
