How to configure two br1400s with EAP?

I like to configuring two BR1400s EAP authentication and Dynamic 128bit WEP(or TKIP) with ACS3.3 authentication server.

I think the root bridge could be have EAP seting(RADIUS server, shared secret ket, encrytion an so on) and non root brighe could be set like wlan client (set only ID/Passwords) without EAP seting.

Is this right?

Re: How to configure two br1400s with EAP?

Hi,

You need to point both the root and the non-root towards the ACS server using IP address and port 1812 using eap settings and then specify a eap username and password under the ssid. Please see below partial config from my non-root which is using Cisco LEAP:

ssid XXXX

authentication network-eap eap_methods1

authentication client username XXXXXXXX password XXXXXXXXXX

station-role non-root

radius-server host x.x.x.x auth-port 1812 acct-port 1813 key xxxxxxxxx

radius-server vsa send accounting

Hope this is of some help!

Regards

Mark
