I have setup WCS logins to be managed by ACS 4.2 . I was looking over the docs and I appear to be missing something because I can't find any documentation on doing the same to the controllers. I did successfully lock myself out of the WiSM in the lab during some testing. I had to pull the plug on the lab ACS to allow local login.
Any Thoughts ?

Take a look at the configuration guide for the WLC. It gives you the attributes you need to configure on the ACS for TACACS.

Hey,
We have tried the steps (as found in the document) for the WiSM but it doesnt work.
Are the services (ciscowlc) and Protocol (common) still the same for Wism?
Thank you

It is still the same. Make sure that you sepecify the roles correctly. Have you tried just getting the WLC to work first or do you have both enabled on the ACS? What doyou see on the ACS failure logs?

Hello Scott,
We are configuring the role1=all , is this correct?

For the WLC, you are right role=ALL... make sure it is in CAPS
