Is possible to extract the local user database fom WLSE express 10.30

Does anyone knows if it’s possible to include archive to or form the local user database of the internal radius in the WLSE Express 10.30

I have been trying to do that but I look like would be impossible, if anyone knows how to do that I would be so thankful.
