On a single Access Point, can you run Cisco LEAP authenticating some supplicants to a Cisco ACS server as well as running EAP, authenticating another group of supplicants to a Microsoft RADIUS server?

Yes, the AP is configured exactly the same for EAP, PEAP, LEAP, etc, etc. Its the client and the radius that have seperate configs. We are using LEAP and PEAP in conjunction and the AP requires no different configs to support each. So to answer your question, yes you can.

To achieve this you must define seperate SSID's for each with it authenticating to a seperate server.
