MAC based autentication not stable

I am using MAC and Leap authentication thru ACS. The default unicast filter is disallowed. However, when I tested the MAC auth out, some MAC address in the allowed list can pass but some are failed. even the MAC is allowed. Any idea where I have missed out ?

The MAC is configured as user in ACS.

This can be due to some mismatch in setting up the MAC filter.For guidelines on creating the MAC filter Please go through the links given below:
