I jumped on the bandwagon and purchased a 5760 WLC this summer. I have all my APs running, but am having a hard figuring out how to make adjustments to my APs. I must say upfront that my knowledge of wireless management isn't the greatest. I know how to do a few things on the 7.X WLCs, but I am by no means a guru.
I have followed the 5760 configuration guide, but I have been unable to figure out how to even turn off the 2.4GHZ radio. I first issue a wireless rf-name, then I issue ap dot11 24ghz shutdown. However, I can still see clients connecting when I do a show ap auto-rf dot11 24ghz command. What exactly am I missing? Then I get a strange error when I attempt to disable data rates on a global scale:
WLC(config)# ap dot11 5ghz shutdown
WLC(config)# ap dot11 5ghz rate RATE_1M disable
% switch-1:wcm:Invalid rate.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I feel a little lost here.

This is the start of a display filter cross reference between Wireshark and OmniPeek.
The 1st installment is a table of advanced filters. More filters will be added as time allows.

I have created a Powershell script to automatically add a Wireless Guest User on Cisco WLCs. (tested on 2500 Series)
The script should be completely self explanatory.
