MIB to generate tickets when an AP goes down

We need to monitor our AIR-LAP1042N-T-K9 (using WLC AIR-CT5508-K9) to generate tickets when an AP goes down. We´ve searched MIB ciscoLwappAp (.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.513.1.1), and inside the cLApTable there are cLApName and cLApAdminStatus. This last one seemed to be ok at 1st but it does not because for the AP´s that are down it even has an entry in the table.
At the controller the command bellow shows all the AP´s including those that are down:

(Cisco Controller) >show ap join stats summary all

Number of APs.............................................. 269
