Mobile phone not able to connect

We use 2504 WLC. Attached are the AIR-CAP-1602 Acces Points. We secured all our WLAN networks with WPA/WPA2 and PSK. We're able to connect to these WLAN's with a Nokia Lumia or Sony Xperia J/S. When we try to connect with a HUAWEI or Iphone5 the phone keeps "connecting" or "getting IP".

I tried following:

- change MTU,

-  disable 5ghz,

- disable 2.6 ghz,

- Disabling security on the WLAN's

- DHCP proxy enabled

None of the above made any difference.

Anyone?

HI Try to use only one type of authntication:

Either

WPA2/AES

or

WPA/TKIP

and then try again.

Hi,

Post "show wlan " output to see the current settings of your WLAN.

Wlc code?
Try Toggling dhcp required, fast ssid.

Get
Debug client mac-addr
Debug dhcp message enable

what WLC code you are using.? We recommand you to use 7.0 or higher.

I've tried following:

- Toggle Fast Transition to enable

- Change security to WP2 AES (PSK)

These settings made it possible to connect with all iphones.
