Can you have controllers on dissimilar versions of code in the same mobility group?

For example 3 controllers on 7.0.116.0 and 1 controller on 7.0.220.0.

Yes, that should work just fine. But you are best served by having all WLC in the mobility group on the same code.

Do keep in mind, that if your APs fail over to a WLC on a different code that they will need to download code and reboot prior to being able to service clients.
