I have a client that would like to use client-side MS PEAP to authenticate against an IAS server running on NT4. I'm not sure IAS on NT4 can do this.
I've checked MS website, and a reference to whether or not IAS on NT4 vs. IAS on W2K server are the same hasn't jumped out at me.
Can anyone tell me if this can be done?

As far as I can know, PEAP is only available in XP and W2K with the appropriate patches. A search for PEAP on support.microsoft.com produced 2 articles that would seem to bear that out
I would imagine NT4 would be unlikely to support PEAP in the future either...
Hope that helps

My customer has 2K and XP on the clients.
I'm trying to determine what the IAS server needs to be.
