NCS 1.1 not showing any access points

wireless wlc
Level 1
Level 1

Hi,

I have NCS 1.1 appliance and added a 5508 WLC running 6.0.199.4 code using snmpv3. Controller is added to NCS, but it doesnt show any AP's which are there on the controller. AP count is zero. I have another controller with code 7.0.230 added and showing AP's though. AP model is 1252. Any idea why this might be ?

regards

Joe

Leo is suggesting that your wlc isn't sending the info. Have you tried to remove and add the wlc again? NCS dies support that code version on the wlc, but you never know.

Yes, i guess the WLC isnt sending the info about AP's... is there anyway to debug that ?

yes tried removing and adding the WLC again, but same result.

1.  Make it simple:  Try SNMPv2 first.

2.  IF SNMPv2 doesn't work, upgrade your firmware to 7.0.235.0 or 7.2.110.0.
