NCS report messed up

Anyone have experience with NCS report providing incorrect data? I'm running NCS ver 1.4

I scheduled the busiest client report to send me the top 50 users for the day, and I get the report each day. I then do a client session search using one of the top 50 users in the busiest client report but I get in nothing in transmit/received. Some users in busiest client report show that they've downloaded 20gb but in client session reporthat shows 0 Mb or could not find the session. The time and date are exactly the same on both reports(verified by myself and TAC engineers)

TAC advised this is not a bug.

Anyone with similar experience please share..cheers
