Numerous Channel Changes

Hi

I'm seeing a couple of our APs changing channel quite a few times (over 200 in the last 7 days!) and on Cisco Prime Infrastructure it says it was due to signal 100%. Does it mean it is seeing a loss of 100% through interference at times?

Could mean a lot of things. I would set the DCA to 24 hours to start with. If you have CleanAir AP's you should be able to see the air quality report.

channel change means wlc find specific channel better than an ap is using.

if it happens to an area of APs, start with looking that area if any interference or abnormal.

Hello,

Channel changes is a hard drop to clients. You need to change the RRM  value to a high value to prevent this. I usually will set it to 24 hours  after RRM settles down.
