Operational Status down on AIR-LAP1041N-E-K9 APs after WLC2504 upgrade from 7-5-102 to 7.6.130

Before upgrade, all was fine.

Couple of months ago I tried upgrading this WLC from 7-5-102 to 7.6.120, and had the same problem,
At another site with similar WLC/APs upgrade to 7.6.130 works fine, so I just re-tried, upgrading to 7.6.130, but with the same error result.

Reading 7.6.130 release notes, the 1041 should be supported, in WLC config
In WLC config,  country NL is enabled.

Any hints/tips welcome...

Your AP also shows only one radio, 802.11b radio.

On the AP, post the output to the command "sh ip interface brief".

Leo,

On 1041 AP there's only a 802.11bgn 2.4G radio, so there's no 802.11a 5G radio to enable

Your radio is "reset".

Your radio is "reset".

Console into your AP and reboot the AP.  I want to see the entire bootup process.

You may also want to upgrade the firmware of your WLC to 7.6.130.X for stability purposes.

Leo,I'm an external sysadmin,

Leo,

I'm an external sysadmin, so no console access.
Is logging via network an alternative to gather info?

What do you mean with firmware upgrade?
Before topic start, I already used these files to upgrade:
AIR-CT2500-K9-1-9-0-0-FUS.aes
AIR-CT2500-K9-7-6-130-0.aes

Oops.  Sorry.  Didn't read

Oops.  Sorry.  Didn't read the bit about the firmware your WLC is running on.

There are some information only found when you console into an AP and the AP is reloaded.  You won't find this anywhere else, unfortunately.

I've enabled telnet on AP,

I've enabled telnet on AP,  is attached log granular enough?

It shows output of "show log" command for both WLC versions.

Hall of Fame Super Gold

Doesn't really show much.

Doesn't really show much. The output to the console when you boot up an AP can show whether or not the radio drivers were loaded correctly or not. Or it could be a firmware bug.
