I want to log into cmx browser https://mseip:8081/Mario/jsp/admin/login.jsp
The login returns: Account is inactive. Please contact administrator.
I can not login with my admin account, how can i reset the passwort or reactivate it? I do not have any other user to log into the cmx browser.

Are you logged into Prime? Are you the admin who could create /manage further accounts for CMX? What I guess your account has been made inactive by the admin. "Making an Account inactive" from below link will show you how it was done!

Yes I am logged in into PI and I am also the admin who managed the accounts.
But how you will login to cmx if the admin account is set to inactive?
