HI Rob,

Cisco PI 2.0 doent supports 7.6 as per cisco documentation :

2.0 supports from  7.0 through 7.4.110.0

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/2.0/release/notes/cpi_rn.html

PI 2.1 will support 7.6

PI 1.4.1 supports 7.6.

Rob,

I was doing testing with you yesterday with PI 2.0 and backing up the WLC to an external FTP.  I'm using WLV v7.6.  PI 2.1 should be out in June.

Thanks,

Scott

thanks guys.

i had a customer today who upgraded his WLC code to 7.6 and for some reason his Prime 2.0 server was unable to reach them...

it turns out the CLI credentials were wrong and once these were corrected things were fine.

i did however point out 7.6 code wasn't yet supported so was enquiring for him to get an estimated time.

Tell your customer to fire up WCS instead.
