Prime NCS Audit status mismatch

Hi all

Prime NCS Version :

in the ncs we can see the mismatch audit.  how can change mismatch to identical.

i already check other discussion they said when this happen we can refresh controller

this is the only way?  any one have idea?

Prime NCS Audit status mismatch


Login to NCS then go to menu Configure>Controller.

On the far right side u will see the audit status of each Controller.

Respect to controller click on the mismatch.

Than new option will come out: Click on Audit Now.

After few seconds later two option will come:

1. Restore prime iNfra value to Controller

2. Refresh Config from controller.

Click on 2nd option.

After that again two option will appear:

1. Retain the extra configuration that is in the NCS database.

2. Use the configuration on the controller currently.

again choose the 2nd option.

Thats it.


U can check the mistmatch config after audit on NCS and change the config accordingly.

Did this with the stand-by

Did this with the stand-by controller without any registered APs and it worked fine. Status was changed from Mismatch to Identical.
When tried with controllers having many audit logs, the CPI 2.0 returned and error message Error: Access is denied.

tried updating the credentials but that didn't work. same error message

tried refresh config from controller... didn't work... same error message.
