We have 2 wlc 4002 controllers and are using WCS 4.2.110.0.
Over the nigth, we got a problem with several b-clients that will not connect. They shows as "probing" and with "unknown" as WLAN Profile. G and A clients connect fine.
Any tips?

One thing for 802.11b clients is to make sure you have 1mbps, 2mbps, 5.5mbps and 11mbps set as mandatory. Disable Aironet IE and also make sure MFP is either disabled or set to optional. Update the client driver to the latest recommended version.... this can usually fix your issue, if not... time to update the older devices.

Hi,
Yes, please make sure you selected all the data rates of b clients on WLC, if the client unable to connect to specific data rate it may fall back to the lowest once to avoid disconnectivity.
