Problem with WCS Client Count

Hi,

I have two wireless clients associated to a WiSM controller, but the WCS shows the client count as all zeros under the "Top 5 APs". However the graph on the right hand side of the "Network Summary" page shows the correct number of associated clients.

See attached screenshot.

Any ideas as to why the number of associated clients reported under 'Top 5 APs' is not correct ?

You will not see those clients because you do not have any APs assigned to maps. Once you create your maps and assign APs to them then the clients will show up in the count. I ran into the same thing. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that ssaluga. I don't have maps of the site yet so hopefully when I assign these APs to a map it will fix this.

I confirm that assigning the AP to a map resolved this issue for me. Thank you.
