Problems using windows 2000 server radius utility with AP 350 and AP1200

I am trying to authenticate my users with radius using a windows 2000 server with Radius (IAS service), configured all parameters in AP and ACU and seem everything on server, AP and client are correct. Is there compatibility between Windows Radius and APs?

Is there a link where I can get the Windows 2000 server configuration parameters to perform this?

My AP 350 sends me this message:

01:53:19 (Warning): Station [PCMA]000a417d54c4 Failed Association, status "Can Not Support All Requested Capabilities"

Try Swapping the roles of the Root/AP bridge and Non-root bridges.
