Problems with apple devices connecting to networks controlled by a WCS

We have are having trouble with iPads and iPhones connecting to the wireless networks controlled by our WCS.  Sometimes they connect without issue, but other times we have to retry anywhere between 10 and 30 times to get them to connect.  There are multiple generations of iPads and iPhones with different OS versions and all of them experience this issue.

We are running 2 SSIDs using the WCS and both of them have this issue.  Devices running a Windows or Android OS do not have this problem.

Is this a known problem with Apple products on WCS controlled APs?  What can I do to resolve it?

Re: Problems with apple devices connecting to networks controlle

You must be talking about a WLC and not WCS? You need to provide more information if possible. What ap, what wlc, what code, what authentication are you using?
