Restrict MAC address to be used as username and password

Hi,

I have WLC 2006 and WLAN clients are authenticated via WPA2/AES/EAP-FAST + MAC Address on ACS 4.0.

How to restrict the defined MAC address on ACS 4.0 to be used as username and password in gaining access on WLAN?
