Securing Two AP's running in Bridge Mode

platform 1310G. Two AP's setup as follows:

LANSW1---AP1===dot1q====AP2---LANSW2

I'm looking for an effective way to encrypt data going over the wireless bridged network.

Most of the documentation assumes client authentication, however, we are running the APs in bridge mode only. Any pointers would be appreciated.

thanks

Ajaz

You can use pretty much any authentication/encryption setup for bridging that you use for clients. So you could use WPA/WPA2/WEP for encryption and PSK or 802.1x for authentication. Really you just configured the SSID the same as if it was for clients. If you decide to use 802.1x for the auth then just configure the local EAP profiles on the bridges.
