Smart phone disassociate after few minutes

Hi,

I have a problem here with smart phone and AIR-LAP1131AG.

Every time, my user will disassociate with the wireless after few mins of connectivity. I debug and find out:

It's only happen with smart phones.  I have tried change the radio to B and G, previously is All. Restarted AP, but still the same

Current controller timeout:1800 seconds

Anyone please advise.

Well you have a wide open ssid and that tells me it's 99% a client issue. Testing with an open ssid is what we do to eliminate the wireless configuration and kind of points us to the client.

Not that agree is 99% client issue. We do another set of configuration same in Ruckus-different WLC.

The client work well without any disconnect issue.

Anyway to drill down the problem?

Debug your client and see what the debug shows.

It doesn't matter where the client sit.  The main thing to consider is the wireless NIC cards make the decision what AP to join.

What is the brand and model of your wireless NIC card.  If this is Intel, is the wireless card up-to-date?

So let me get this straight:  This issue is affecting ALL wireless clients?

Radio Policy..................................... 802.11b and 802.11g only

And I think I know why.  Can you enable all radios:  802.11 a/b/g/n

Draw the layout of your site, the location of the APs and the location of the affected wireless clients.

There's something you're not telling us.

The signal strengths you've posted is showing the client has LOW WIRELESS SIGNAL, however, all your posts doesn't seem to describe distances as well as obstacles between the wireless clients and the APs.

Next, you are saying this issue is affecting all users but your opening thread is all pointing to a single wireless client (but then you've said it's only affecting all "smart phones").
