SNMP For Associated Clients

Hi

I'm using the OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.273.1.1.2.1.1.1 to query an 1100 AP for associated clients. I know from the web interface that there are 2 clients associated to this AP. However, the snmpwalk of this OID tells me that there are 8 associated clients on this AP.

Any clues?

Hi Mark,

What version of code are you running on the AP? Also, please compare output of 'show dot11 assoc' from CLI to the output of the SNMP walk for most accurate comparison.

Make sure you are running at least 12.3(7)JA2 or later. I'm aware of a couple of bugs that may cause output similar to what you are seeing.

Best Regards,

Hi,

Try this command in terminal mode:

show dot11 associations

This is most true result.
