Trend Reports in WLSE shows No Data

Running WLSE 1.3 and it shows No Data Available. Checked the task history for Inventory collection and it is not collecting. All the processes are running. Unable to gather data. SNMP community strings are configured and devices are accessible (AP350's). Does anybody know what could be causing this.

Your response is greatly appreciated.

You may want to check your routers for any access lists that are blocking SNMP traffic. Some organizations only allow SNMP traffic from a specific subnet, and your WLSE would need to be in that subnet.

You can run the Inventory on demand as well (Run Inventory Now) to update it.

Trend Reports in WLSE shows No Data

A customer of us has the same problem, he already run the inventory job manually, but still the same message.

On the other WLSEs it is working, same software version is installed on all of them.
