Unable to login in VCS

I have installed Cisco VCS on a physical server and i am facing an issue from past few weeks. Before that it was all working fine.

When i log into the VCS it gives me an error:

"Login expired: Invalid cookie"

Sometimes when i restart the server, it works fine but again after few hours the problem re-appears.

Can someone please help me?
