Upgrade to WLC code 7.4.121.0 caused TACACS to stop working

Hello,

I just completed and upgrade of WLC code to 7.4.121.0 and everything is working correctly except TACACS to log into the controller. TACACS was working correctly prior to the upgrade. I am using TACACS to authentication and authorization to the controller for management. This configuration is working on a number of other controllers in the environment but not all controllers are on 7.4.121.0. Are there any bugs or a config change needed to get TACACS working again for controller management.
