VC down in Cisco-juniper l2VPN topology

I am trying to make a  l2VPN topology. It is like this.

Cisco CE-->Cisco PE--> Cisco P--> Juniper CE --> Juniper CE

Issue :- Though MPLS LDP neighbor are up between both PE but VC is down on both the PE’s.

Any one please help:-

Configuration output:-

Cisco (7200) PE:-
