VPN client for WIN CE & ACS problem

Hi,

I have some problem about VPN solution :

1. is there any VPN client software for WIN CE that can use with VPN3000 concentrator?

2. can I setup ip filter per user or group at ACS and use for VPN3000 remote access VPN user?

Movian by Certicom is the WINCE/PPC client of choice. We have had no problems with the client. Of course the Cisco client is best but not available for that OS.

Not sure about the second question.
