WAP4410N Vlan

We have 2 Vlans

Voice Vlan50

Data Valn75

When Setting up the WAP4410N we are using WEP 128 why can I not use Key 1 for both Vlans and have it different passwords

Example

Voice

Key 1 = 11111111111111111111111111

Data

Key 1 = 88888888888888888888888888

It does not matter if I change Key1 to all 1's for Voice it changes Key1 to all 1's for Data...If I change Key1 to all 8 for Data it changes Key1 to all 8's for Voice...

Any help is appreciated, this is the only Model of AP that is doing this...

Re: WAP4410N Vlan

Scott,

I could be wrong but I believe on that access point the WEP Key slots are shared. Meaning that the Key database is the same for all SSID's so you need to set the Key 1 to 1111111111111111111 and Key 2 to 88888888888888888888   then set SSID #1 to Key 1, and SSID #2 to Key 2.

Hope this helps.
