WCS 7.0 install blows up on VM

I did a back up of WCS and then uninstalled version 6 and installed version 7.  during the install, there was an error and then when I tried to start the wcs service, it says cannot open Program File\jre\lib\i386\jvm.cfg

I cannot uninstall 7.0 either.  How can I manually uninstall this so I an try again.  I really need this up and running.

opened a TAC case on this and stumped the developers on it.  During the install, the java files were not able to be copied, and the install log never reported a failure.

Had to actually build a new box to get this installed.  A slight pain, but at least its up and running.
