WCS and migration don't work for me. Help

I tried to use the upgrade from WCS byt keep getting this error.

Resuls from Autonomous AP Migration Reports:

INFO: DNS and Domain name configured.

INFO: Completed Dot11Radio0 shutting.

INFO: Device set up done and time configured on device.

INFO: Run-config dumped.

INFO: AP is DHCP configured.

INFO: Hostname ap-b36-k03-002

INFO: Dumped Environmental variables.

INFO: Starts loading recovery image, takes time based on link speed.

ERROR: Device Response :: examining image...

%Error opening (Invalid IP address or hostname)archive download: takes 0 seconds

ERROR: Image Loading FAILURE.

INFO: Un-shut radio 1 done.

END: Migration Process Failure: Image Loading Failure.

It works fine with the Cisco upgrade software.

try changing your file path from \ to either / or ./

Was running into the same problem, this solution worked for me!!
