WCS is facing instability 4.1.83.0

We have WCS 4.1.83.0 is installed in 2003 Server but nowadays the same is instable, When we done some analysising and found that "Wireless Network Management Application" was stopped and we were not able restart it. There is no problem with OS as well. After the service stops we need to reboot the server to enable this service.
