Not yet. There were some rumors about WCS being able to do this at some point in the future, but nothing has been announced.
If you are running on linux, you can rsync between multiple servers to keep info sync'd between the servers, but I haven't seen anyone do this with WCS yet & Cisco most likely will not support it.
