Hi guys, here again with some questions:
We are using web authentication, but for some reason, the logout button of the "logout window" is not working. The user still get access to the internet after pressing the button.
What we have noticed, is that after the button is pressed, the machine logs out after the session time out configured in the wlan in the controller. Even if there is activity from the user.
But what we want is that the user gets loged out immediately.
Also we noticed that in the controller, a few minutes later from pressing the logout button, the user is no longer registered there, but in the ACS there is no stop message in the accounting log.
