Why using CA on ACS ????

I have a ACS Appliance 4.1, I want use MAB (MAC Authentication Bypass) for authentication VPN users base on MAC Address (only PC has MAC in ACS can have VPN connection) but I have several problems:

+ Can't Install CA in ACS

+ not found out the Private key file in the window

Please support
