WiFi userID login at one device with exceptions for other SSID and certain users

Dear Cisco friends,

I have a WiFi Network with Wism2 with four SSID. I want to set max login per users to 1, in other words One user only can connect with one device at time. But, I know it is configured globally, but I want to configure some exceptions for VIP users and VIP SSID.
