We have 3 different models of Access Points in our organization:
AIR-AP1262N-A-K9
AIR-AP1231G-A-K9
AIR-AP1242G-A-K9
We need to move our security from WEP to WPA2 but need to make sure all 3 APs can support it.
When in the GUI, I have a hard time believing that they do or finding any WPA2 settings...
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Do they properly support WPA2?

The data sheet is a great place to find out what each AP type supports.
the only one you would need to worry about is the 1231 and according to its data sheet it does support WPA2/AES

I agree with Steve.
for 1231 it may probably depend on the software image you use. although the AP supports WPA2, make sure that you use an image that supports that as well. older images may or may not support it. I never tried this AP in enterprise but it's very old comparing to the others that it may be exist before 802.11i is ratified.

They do support WPA2, please refer to the following links and look for Compliance Standards:
Hope that helps.
