Wireless Lan Controller RRM Load client thresholds question

Hi all

I facing a problem of Load thresholds counter incorrect in my WLC-5508. I had received Snmptrap-log of Load Profile failed after this value was changed to 25 (default is 12), But in this moment that association client was very lower (maybe 6 or 9). I have the some question:

1. What is it the trigger value for Load thresholds ?

2. Why is it trigger then send snmptrap but this moment that value was mismatch with Load Information ?

Can any one help me ?
