Hi all.

I have 2 WLC 5760 (version 3.6) in stack and 20 APs .

All APs registered on WLC but  operation state in both radio is DOWN .

APs connected on different switches.

What can it be ?

Thanks

Yes, if it is disabled due to PoE then you need to correct that. If AP model are newer one (2700/3700) then try to power them from a POE+ switch

If you have a test AP then you can watch the console output while powering/booting. That will tells if AP radio goes down with reason.

Hi

Have you configured the correct country code on your 5760 ?  If you check "show wireless country configured" & see the correct configuration done.

Hi Rasika.

County code on wlc same as on APs

wlc-1#show wireless country configured

Configured Country.............................: RU  - Russian Federation
 Configured Country Codes
        RU  - Russian Federation : 802.11a Indoor,Outdoor/ 802.11b / 802.11g

wlc-1#show ap status
AP Name                             Status     Mode              Country
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
APb838.61f3.2ed9                    Enabled    Local             RU
APb838.61f3.2f1b                    Enabled    Local             RU
AP18e7.28bd.4ef1                    Enabled    Local             RU

I think problem in PoE , cause APs conect to old 6509 with CatOS, but output comand show port powerinline  show that all good and 15.4 W go to port.
