WLC : Local EAp with PEAP

Hello,

Do you know if it possible tu use "local EAP" on a WLC4402 with Peap. If yes , how can I generate a self signed certificate, and how can I download it to a windows-XP client.

Regards,

Michel.

Re: WLC : Local EAp with PEAP

You can use local eap on the wlc, but you will need to enter all the usernames and or passwords on the wlc. much easier if you just install Microsoft IAS if you are an MS shop...... free. then you can create policies to authenticate using the users AD account.

Here is a link that shows you eap-tls, not peap.... PEAP only requires you to install a certificate on the wlc and not the client side or you can stick with the Cisco cert.
