WLSE - AP/WDS fails to fully authenticate -->Patch available

There is a change in the bug CSCsb47726 and Cisco provide now a Patch called AironetEAP.DLL but i cant find it.

How can help me to download it?

Not sure about the bug or the patch, but when I last spoke to TAC about this problem, the recommended work-around is to still perform infrastructure authentication against local (read: internal) radius on the WDS device, and continue to perform client authentication against whatever remote authentication server exists. WLSE will authenticate fine and go into "KeysSetUp" state with the WDS device. Go figure.

I have had the same issue with a remote site even with local RADIUS infrastructure authentication configured.

TAC had me upgrade the Master WDS AP to 12.3.7(JA3), and it worked like a champ afterwards.
