When accessing Manage Network-Wide IDS Settings and selecting either of the options on that page I receive a Forbidden page due to login error, etc..
It works sometimes, but not always. I am using the same account I have always used, which is a system admin account. I am running version 2.13U. Is this a bug? I cannot find any info on this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Richard,
what web-browser are you using?
I had a similiar problem with other pages using the Mozilla browser or Firefox 1.5x
Use the recommended Browsersr instead:
Btw. Sometime a reboot helps a bit.

I am using IE 6 sp1 I did reboot the system, but still have the same issue.
I have not tried another browser, I will try that.

Hi Richard,
Do you see and errors in the "Admin -> Appliance -> View Log Files -> error.log" ?
It is difficult to troubleshoot a problem without a hint.

Not sure if you have fixed the issue yet, but installing the latest patch 2.13.1u will fix the issue. It is a confirmed bug in 2.13.
