Overall, the Dynamic LEAP 128-Bit RC4 encryption is just as strong as the static 3DES key, if not stronger. However since LEAP iss not FIPS complaint, we must use 3DES VPN through the WLAN in US government and DoD. Is there any push to certify LEAP or PEAP with FIPS standard?
