Our mobile users sometimes fail to access the internal network after connected successfully with Cisco IPsec VPN Client.
Users' NICs have the routes to the internal network ("route print" in OS command window) but can not access.
We use a ASA 5520 firewall as the IPsec server and the version is 7.2(2).
This issue doesn't often happen,about once in two months. And reboot the firewall can fix it.
