The user is getting "An error has occured in the script on this page" when the NAC agent tries to start.
The user gets Internet explorer script error when the NAC agent tries to start. Following message pops up:-
1. Uninstall the Cisco Nac Agent from the system. 2. Manually wipe out directory "C:\Program Files\Cisco\Cisco NAC Agent" in case the uninstall left anything behind. 3. Download regrserv32a.exe from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/267279 4. Run regserva.exe - this will extract regserv32.exe on disk 5. Open a command prompt and cd to the directory where regserv32.exe was extracted 6. Run regsvr32.exe msxml3.dll (it will pop up a dialog saying the registration was successful. 7. Install the NAC Agent 8. See if the agent pops without errors.
