The VPN Client user can't connect to the VPN endpoint.

Core issue

The group password is incorrect. The password is case-sensitive, so the case may be wrong, or it could have been typed incorrectly.

Resolution

On the VPN Client, select Options > Properties > Authentication > Group Access Information and verify that the group password matches what is configured on the VPN Concentrator or other headend device.
